SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carnot Compression Inc is pleased to announce successful demonstration of isothermal compression across multiple tests and design iterations. Carnot’s groundbreaking results represent a major breakthrough in energy efficiency for the compression industry.

Carnot's proprietary true isothermal compression process is the most energy efficient and economical air and gas compression method in the marketplace. Carnot’s process uses a gas/water micro-emulsion to compress gas in a centrifugal field. Water absorbs the heat of compression. Therefore, Carnot’s process requires less energy input to deliver comparable compression output versus conventional compressors.
